Frequently asked questions

Is it easy to use?

We've designed and built Serendata with the end user in mind. Making it user friendly is one of our top goals.

How much does it cost?

Licenses start from £150 per user per month. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and for an accurate quote.

My programme is already underway, am I too late for Serendata products?

No. Many of our customers joined us with only months to go in their programmes. We helped them overcome their challenges through to successful go-lives and beyond.

Does Serendata work with all change methodologies?

Serendata was designed and built by Sysdoc, who have been delivering change programmes for nearly 40 years. We have built our knowledge into the system to make it absolutely world class, but you can always adapt it to your own needs.

Can I upload my existing work and data?

Absolutely, we have upload functionality in the tool, and also offer our customers services around getting set up.

We're worried about Cyber Security

Serendata incorporates first class cyber security approaches and has been tested to the highest degree. Get in contact if you would like to find out more.

Who is it for?

Businesses undergoing transformation, no matter what stage of the programme. Serendata is even built to manage a portfolio of programmes and projects.

How much time will I need to invest to get up and running?

Depending on whether you have existing programme data or are starting afresh, most client teams are up and running within days.

How much training will we need to implement Serendata products?

Every team is different and we fully support you whilst you onboard your teams to Serendata. We recommend and introductory training session for your end users which lasts 2 hours, with follow up drop in session available where required.

Does Serendata integrate with other platforms?

We don't currently integrate with other systems, but integrations are definitely possible. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Who owns the data?

You do.

How do permissions work and who controls them on the system?

We can set you up with system admins, and user permissions to very granular levels, including read only, editor and no access across programmes and projects.
